To close your account or to put it on hold for the summer, please
send an email to me by clicking HERE. Please notify us at least 5 working days in
advance of your normal billing date. "Working days" are Monday through Friday,
except for holidays. All cancellations will be effective at end of the billing cycle AFTER
receipt of notice. No refunds will be issued if we don't receive your cancellation 5 days
prior to your billing date. You should see a copy of your email message in
your "Sent" folder in Outlook Express. Save this copy as it's
your proof of when you actually sent the email request, should any dispute
arise.
Remember, we must have 5 working days' notice prior to your billing date in order to
cancel your service without any additional charges to you. "Working days" are
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If we receive your cancellation notice too late
to meet this deadline, your credit card (if applicable) WILL be charged and there will be
no refunds issued.
